David Garson Named to the Best Lawyers in Canada List for Immigration Law

David L.P. Garson has been named to the 2025 The Best Lawyers in Canada list for Immigration Law and has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 2006. David is the founding partner of Garson Immigration Law.

David has been practicing immigration law for 28 years and is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Immigration Law. According to the “International Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers,” the official research partner of the International Bar Association, David is rated as one of the top 10 highly regarded individuals in immigration law in Canada.

David advises clients on a broad array of immigration issues related to conducting business across international borders. His client roster includes senior executives and individuals, as well as institutions and large multinational organizations. David acts for major IT companies involved in semiconductor design innovation, Enterprise Content Management, software development and IT finance solutions.

David is a past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association – Ontario, Immigration and Citizenship Section. He is currently a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, a past Chair of the Canada Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and a past Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Young Lawyers Division – Canadian Bar Association. He is a past Co-Programme Coordinator for the immigration section of the Canadian Bar Association – Ontario.

Randolph Hahn Named to the Best Lawyers in Canada List for Immigration Law

Randolph K. Hahn has been named to the 2025 The Best Lawyers in Canada list for Immigration Law. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 2008.

Randolph exclusively practices in the field of Canadian immigration and citizenship law, and is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Immigration Law. He has a broad practice that includes advising clients on the transfer and relocation of executive and managerial personnel. He provides advice in relation to a variety of matters relating to Canadian immigration applications. Randolph has also argued cases before all three divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada.

He has been recognized by Who’s Who Legal as a leader in corporate immigration in Canada, and has been ranked by Chambers Global. Randolph has served as the Associate Editor for The Immigration Law Reporter for several years, and is the co-editor of A Practical Guide to Provincial Nominee Programs in Canadian Immigration Law.
